Davao is considered as the safest place in the Philippines. How is this possible? Well, the Davao City Mayor, Rodrigo Duterte makes sure that all the ordinances will be followed by the citizens of Davao and even the visitors. However, there's this recent news wherein a local tourist disobeyed Davao's strict anti-smoking ordinance.

The reporters claim that the tourist insisted in lighting a cigarette although the citizens of Davao already warned him that smoking in public places is prohibited in Davao City.

The local tourist even claims that he doesn't care about the rules because he's not even using MayorDuterte's money to buy cigarettes. Because of this arrogant response, the owner of the restaurant immediately called Mayor Duterte to face this ordinance breaker!

Duterte then came, the witnesses said that he just calmly sat beside the smoker and poked his .38 revolver in the man's crotch. Because of what happened, the smoker swallowed the cigarette butt.

“Never ever challenge the law,” Mayor Duterte said before leaving!
