Cedric Lee WANTED Dead or Alive

CEBU, Philippines - Amid reports that controversial businessman Cedric Lee might be hiding in Cebu, the Police Regional Office-7 has alerted its police units to monitor his whereabouts in Central Visayas and conduct manhunt operations.
PRO-7 director Chief Superintendent Danilo Constantino said that once Lee’s presence in Cebu is confirmed, the police will implement the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Paz Esperanza M. Cortes of the Regional Trial Court Branch 271 in Taguig City.
Regional Intelligence Division Chief Superintendent Paul Labra also directed the intelligence units in the region to be on the lookout.
Constantino recalled his conversation with Governor Hilario Davide III who made mention about Lee’s proposal for a waste-to-energy facility on the Balili property in Naga City.
“So hindi malayo na may business partners nga siya dito,” Constantino said.
NBI-7 Director Max Salvador earlier said that it is possible for Lee to seek refuge in Cebu, taking into account his business connections in the province. Davide said that the controversial businessman visited him at the Capitol last year to inform him about the project and even showed him a memorandum of agreement.
Lee is reportedly connected with the Waste Management Incorporated.
Constantino encouraged the public to inform the police any reports on the presence of Lee in Central Visayas.
Lee, along with Cornejo, Bernice Lee, Jed Fernandez, Simeon Raz, Ferdinand Guerrero and Jose Paolo Calma, are facing charges of serious illegal detention and grave coercion for allegedly mauling actor Vhong Navarro last January 22 in Taguig City.
The serious illegal detention charge is non-bailable while the court has recommended P12,000 bail for grave coercion. -->

Manny PACQUIAO defeats Timothy BRADLEY 2014

Manny Pacquiao regained the WBO Welterweight Championship on Saturday night in Las Vegas, capturing a unanimous decision over the previously unbeaten TimothyBradley Jr. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
Pacquiao (56-5-2 38 KO) avenged a hotly disputed loss to Bradley in their first fight, nearly two years ago, taking over in the second half to capture a comfortable points victory.
Scores were 116-112, 116-112 and 118-110 for Pacquiao.
Bleacher Report scored the contest 116-112 for Pacquiao.
Bradley (31-1, 12 KO) promised that he would knock out the Filipino icon, and he came out swinging for the fences. He buzzed Pacquiao a couple of times early in the fight, but seemed to punch himself out a bit, fading badly over the second half of the fight.
That was when Pacquiao took over, showing flashes of the killer instinct his foe said he no longer had, closing the show, regaining his belt and leaving zero doubt.

VHONG NAVARRO 3rd RAPE VICTIM

A third rape complaint has been filed against TV host-actor Vhong Navarro, this time by a stuntwoman who once worked with him, a report on GMA News TV's “Quick Response Team” said Friday.

The complaint was filed Thursday with the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office, the report said.

Citing the victim's affidavit, the report said the alleged incident happened in September 2009 inside asports utility vehicle (SUV). The victim, who was not identified, said Navarro only stopped with his
sexual assault when she threatened to hurt him.

Navarro was first slapped with a rape complaint by model Deniece Cornejo in January. Days later, in February, beauty contestant Roxanne Acosta Cabanero also filed a similar complaint against the actor.

Navarro's counsel, lawyer Alma Mallonga, said they have yet to receive a copy of the third complaint, but added they are ready to file a counter-affidavit,

“The new complaint for rape against Vhong is not unexpected. We expect more, especially as the DOJ nears resolution of the complaint for non-bailable crime of Serious Illegal Detention filed by Vhong against Cedric, Deniece and company,” Mallonga said in a text message sent to GMA News.

Mallonga was referring to Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo and several others who are facing charges in connection with the mauling incident on Navarro in late January.

“We will wait for the complaint and respond. We will follow the process, knowing full well that Vhong will be vindicated,” Mallonga added.
